Annual Public Notification of Nondiscrimination in Career and Technical Education Programs

Rogers ISD offers career and technical education programs in Agriculture, Business, Health Science, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Technology. Admission to these programs is based on student interest, course prerequisites, age appropriateness, and class space availability.

It is the policy of Rogers ISD not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability in its career and technical education programs, services, or activities, as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).
