Dr. Dockery has earned two associate’s degrees from Central Texas College. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland University College. She has earned a master’s degree in Administrative Management with a concentration in Public Administration as well as certification in E-Government from Bowie State University. She has also earned a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University.

Dr. Dockery is certified as an EC-6 teacher with an ESL supplemental endorsement. She is also certified as a principal and superintendent.

Dr. Dockery has been a speaker at many events for educators including the Space Exploration Educators Conference and the National Principals Conference.

Dr. Dockery joined the Eagle family in July 2023.

Previously, Dr. Dockery served as a principal in another central Texas school district for 6 years, an assistant principal for 2 years, a campus instructional specialist, and a classroom teacher. 

Dr. Dockery enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures. After retirement, she wants to be a tour guide so she can share her knowledge of traveling with others!
